Michael was fantastic; relational, communicative, responsive, flexible and solution focused. As a first time home buyer I went to Michael on the recommendation of a friend who had worked with him. My mortgage journey had high highs and low lows! In the end I wasn’t able to work with Michael due to restrictions with the project. Not only did he hand off the work his office had prepared to the on-site broker but followed up with me with more information and suggestions. I talked to a number of mortgage representatives and the majority were quite laissez fair about my business. Some spoke down to me as a fist-time home buyer and most wanted me to fit into their terms. Friedman understands my generation (30-35); he provided info via email, educated me in a manner that empowered me in my decisions and was available. In five years when my mortgage is open to re-negotiate I will be working with Michael.
