I liked that everything was online/digital, from meetings to the submission of required documents, which made the process super convenient and easy.

He was super responsive to my questions and concerns, which put both my mom and me at ease, given circumstances. His colleague, Patti was also great at providing updates as well.

At the end, in addition to a wrap up meeting, he had also asked for final follow up to see that everything worked out, even though he already completed his portion of the process.
