Michael and his team really pulled it off for us. we had a couple of brokers working on our financing. I had been out of the country for a few years and back in Canada self-employed. I was a challenging client because of this and wanting to buy in the Vancouver market. Michael was cautious to manage my expectations at first, but in the end he and his excellent team managed to get me financing on far better terms than I ever expected. Very organized and efficient. Frankly, his results blew the other broker’s we were talking to out of the water.
