We had a great first homebuying experience with Michael. He spent lots of time explaining the whole process to us, and answered every question we had along the way. We were able to teleconference to meetings separately from our workplaces avoiding the need to go to his office for each meeting. Finally he sent us a nice thank you card and very thoughtful gift that showed he listened to our conversations more than just the financial numbers.
